Once selected, the “Picture Format” tab will appear. By default, PowerPoint will display all images available with the Creative Commons Only option which means that you can use these pictures under the Creative Commons License in your presentations. In some e-mails I receive, the images are not shown and the following message is displayed instead. I have some images that come up as a big X When I view it on a PC and other Mac's running same software they can see the images. I hope MS will update Office 2011 the same way.
